To schedule animals for processing, please call into the office at 435 529-2662 well in advance of when you need your animal(s) processed.  Our schedule often books up well in advance so we do recommend calling in a few months ahead of time to make sure we can get you in when you need.

If by chance we can't immediately schedule you on the dates you need, we do have a cancellations list for slots that open up on occasion. Please call us to schedule your appointment or to be added to our cancelations list. 435 529-2262

Our normal kill day is each Tuesday. 

ANIMAL DROP OFF: 

• Pigs need to be dropped off by 10 AM the Monday before your scheduled day. 
• Beef need to be dropped off by Monday evening at 5:30 PM the day before your scheduled Tuesday date.

 NO ANIMALS SHALL BE LEFT WITHOUT COMING INTO OUR OFFICE AND PHYSICALLY SIGNING YOUR ANIMAL IN!!

We sure do! We have a full line of meats usually in stock ready for your next get together or BBQ. From steaks to burger, bacon to ham, we've got you covered. Yes, we offer a selection of grass finished antibiotic-free meats for our health-conscious customers. We also offer standard cuts as well.

Live weight is the weight of the animal as it comes into our plant once euthanized. Rail weight is the weight of the animal once the entrails, hide and head have been removed.
