We offer a full line of beef products from hamburger to steaks and roasts. We have both grass finished and standard cut options. On our grass finished we only accept the best. That's why we only source from farmers who use no antibiotics or hormones, and grass finish them.

Our country style, thick cut bacon is a customer favorite! We carry several different sausage options for please any Palate. Hams, roasts, chops and ribs, we've got a great selection in stock!

We are proud to be one of the only local butcher shop that offers lamb and mutton for sale to our customers. From Lamb chops, roasts burger or a leg of lamb we try to keep these in stock but stock is limited. Mutton fry meat is usually in stock.
