Serving the central Utah ranchers and farmers since 2010. We take pride in the services we offer to our local communities. We use some of the latest technologies to process the animals to provide you with the best product and pricing around.
Expert Butchers
Our butchers are skilled and experienced in the art of meat cutting. They take pride in their work and are always happy to offer advice on cooking and preparation.
Specialty Products
In addition to our standard cuts of beef, pork, and lamb we also offer specialty products like bacon, and jerky. These are made in-house and are sure to impress.
Scheduling an animal for processing
Our normal kill day is each Tuesday.
ANIMAL DROP OFF:
- Pigs need to be dropped off by 10 AM the Monday before your scheduled day.
- Beef need to be dropped off by Monday evening at 5:30 PM the day before your scheduled date.
NO ANIMALS SHALL BE LEFT WITHOUT COMING INTO OUR OFFICE AND PHYSICALLY SIGNING YOUR ANIMAL IN!!
To schedule animals for processing, please call into the office at 435 529-2662 well in advance of when you need your animal(s) done.
Our schedule books up sometimes well in advance so please call early.
We do have the occasional cancelation and can add you to a list in the event we can't meet the dates you need.
